Interior Design

The roles of an Interior designer.
v  Interior decorator
v  Domestic interior designer
These one’s design the colour surface and texture i.e. wall paper, paint, ect. With this you can be self-employed or employed by a company.
v  Interior architect
v  Spatial designer
These one’s design the layout of the space and how they will use the space given. And with this on you can be self-employed and employed by a company.
v  Builders
This one build the space if need, add or fixes  parts to a room. This can be self-employed or employed in a company. 
v  Electricians
v  Plumber
These one’s will add or fix the electrics and plumbing. Or get a handy-man to do the electrics and plumbing.  This can be self-employed or employed by a company.
Kim Atkins as a interior designer did the designing of the room and what to pot in it and at first she was self-employed but then she got a job at B&Q.
She has two roles at B&Q and the first role was Retail interior designer which was the co-ordinating of the revamp store set designs, organising the staff products and new skill training, making home visits, and conduct in store design advice.
The second role she had was creative director she has set up and run own interiors business and gives interior design advice and project management. Then she moved on to teaching interior design.
